Serving the least, the last and the lost...

I want to first and foremost welcome you to this gathering of the eagles a place to be and as you fly with us answering the call of our father who says "Pure religion and undefiled before God and the father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. James 1:27.

Gathering of the Eagles Ministry is different from other Ministries just as eagles are different from other birds of prey mainly by their large size, more powerful build and heavier head and beak. It has always be in my heart to being a blessing to the widows, orphans and less privileged. I am always unhappy when I see homes that are broken or marriages that are not working according to Christ ordinance of marriage. The burden was so bothersome that I decided to seek the face of God through fasting and prayers for 21 days. There the Lord spoke to me and confirmed this great journey of Gathering of the Eagles ministry .There are so many signs that accompanied the words the Lord spoke to me. I will unfold them as time goes on.

The passion has always been there so much so that I travelled to several places distributing food items to widows and orphans, paying school fees of some less privileged ones and supporting some monthly.
The poor and the needy are very important before God hence God instituted tithing. Exo. 23: 11, Deut. 15: 11, Acts 4:34-37.
Tithing and giving offering does not buy God's blessing but it does release his blessing upon our lives. Mal. 3: 11.

Our Vision:- is to serve the least, the last and the lost. By supporting the less privileged , widows, orphans, and ensuring that homes are properly built in Christ by eradicating divorce and giving solution to marriage problems.

HOW? By organising marriage seminars that will proffer solutions and introducing new wine in every home, helping the singles to discover the will of God concerning their lives. Sourcing assistance where necessary to help the orphans, widows and the less privileged.
Like all birds of prey, eagles have very large powerful hooked beak for tearing flesh from their prey, strong muscular legs and powerful talon claws. They also have extremely keen eyesight primarily contributed by their extremely large pupils which ensure minimal diffraction (scattering) of the incoming light.

Same way the word of God is strong in our heart to destroy the works of darkness in very home we come across and our eyesight is ready to locate the orphans, widows and the less privilege to look after them in their distress.

WHO WE ARE- Mathew 25:35-40 for I was hungered, and ye gave me meat; I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger and ye took me in; naked and ye clothed me; I was sick and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord when saw we thee an hungered and fed thee? Or thirsty and gave thee drink? When saw we .thee a stranger and took thee in? Or naked and clothed thee?
Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison and came unto thee?
And the king shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you in as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me and we intend to achieve this through charity.
Many people believe that they must open their wallets in order to be charitable. You don't - you simply need to open your heart.

WHAT IS CHARITY? I am sure you think you know it, most people as a matter of fact, will say that charity means making a financial contribution. They would be partly right, but just partly.

While "a gift for public benevolent purposes" is one of the definitions for the word charity. It is not the only one. The first definition of "Charity" as defined by Merriam -Webster Dictionary is "Benevolent goodwill of love toward humanity" the second is generosity and helpfulness especially toward the needy or suffering.

So, as you can see, being charitable does not always mean making financial donations, you don't need to open your wallet, you just need to open your heart. Here are just a few easy ways you can open your heart to others and find charity within yourself.

Don't ever throw anything away; just find new homes for things. I do get so upset when I find out that perfectly usable items have been thrown away not only is that bad for the planet but it could be of help to the millions of people out there who cannot afford such "luxuries". These includes:- fairly used clothing and bedding; Bridal gowns. Packaged food that is still within the expiration date, books, furniture ,food pantries, even school systems in low -income areas, could use any of these types of items and you could just donate them.

Our overall purpose is to elevate the well being of orphans, widows, less privileged and empower them to succeed in whatever endeavour they choose. We intend to provide exceptional learning environments along with educational tools that will bring out the natural ability in our student, giving hope for their future.
God wants us to fly .... To become all that he intends us to become. He never stirs up our nest without good reason. The eagles can see a rabbit two miles away. It can soar up to two miles above the ground and can fly at speeds of up to 100 miles per hour. Your encounter with this ministry will surely increase your speed.

Thank you for your interest in orphans and widows. An easy way to begin to assist orphans, widows and less privilege people is to choose to be a friend and offer simple act of kindness.
Our vision seems big because we have a big God.
